Virtual Booth
You’ll have a prominent profile and virtual booth inside the mobile app and website that allows attendees to learn more about your services. We can include almost all of the same content we include on a detailed sponsorship page (IMPACT Driver), as well as two call-to-action opt-in opportunities on your profile to request email follow-up or an external webpage. Logo, description, contact information, and more can be included. Includes direct chat, schedule meetings, request information, download files, watch your video, etc.
Sponsor Acknowledgement
We’ll post thank yous on the Connect Wall inside the Community for all to see and encourage interaction with your sponsorship booth as we celebrate your involvement in the PMO IMPACT Summit.
Attendee Call to Action
Boost engagement and direct by utilizing the Attendee Calls to Action section in your sponsor profile. You can have one or two buttons for attendees to Request Follow Up or Schedule Meeting. You can even rename these actions to anything you’d like! You can share your website, webinar, demo video…the options are endless. ?
External Links to Your Content
In the external links section of the Sponsor profile, you can add websites, phone numbers, and email addresses. Consider adding an external link to your website, or even a special landing page to capture leads. The options are endless! You can add as many links as you’d like! ?
Internal Links
In the internal links section of the Sponsorprofile, you can link to other content within the summit. This is a perfect way to connect your interview or product demo session and speaker back to your sponsor profile.
Mobile App Banners
Your logo will be included in the banner area on the mobile app with IMPACT Drivers getting a full banner for their desired opt-in. Attendees will see your banner whenever they use the app, and the link can go to your website and we can pass user data directly in your link! Learn more here.
Announcements
We’ll create special announcements for you during the summit to draw traffic to your session, sponsor page, and calls to action.
GAMIFICATION
We’re making it tons of fun! We’ll include games and prizes throughout the event in the months leading up to the event. You can sponsor rewards and include prizes, giving you access to all attendees in your sponsored game.
Games to Increase Engagement
Attendees can be rewarded for interacting with you within the mobile app or completing your opt-in or call to action. This is a fun way to generate leads and encourage attendees to interact with and learn more about the your solutions.

- At other conferences, your promotional window is short. As soon as you become a sponsor, we can start sharing you with our audience. We’ll load your demo video, any copy you send us, as well as an opt-in that will get you direct emails, right to your dedicated sponsor page. We’ll drive traffic to your dedicated page during the entire promotional window leading up to the Summit and throughout the entire live event in September. The sooner we get started, the bigger your reach.
- At other conferences, you would pay 2 to 4 times the prices we are charging for fewer benefits. We’ve researched the best ways to drive highly qualified leads to you and are simply looking to cover our costs for hosting this high-quality event, giving PMO leaders globally the support they need to make a big IMPACT with the PMO.
- At other conferences, you are relegated to a sponsor table/booth that gets very little traffic. Instead of only getting passers-by as they head for a snack or their next session, we are reaching people online and your exposure is happening day and night. You will gather leads while you are sleeping!
