REGISTER FOR THE SUMMIT AND THE COMMUNITY

Register your individual user accounts on the web app or mobile app version of the event. Everyone should create their own account with their own email address.

CHAT WITH THE AUDIENCE

Engage with the Audience in both the Summit AND in the Community

1) Engage in the Summit:
Go to your Demo and to your Thought Leader sessions on the Agenda.

2) In the Desktop Web App:
a) Chat: on the right of the screen is the chat. Leave an introductory message to start the conversation. Chat is available from the mobile app and web browser for you to write messages and reply to questions.

b) Q&A: on the left of the screen click on the Q&A AND POLLS link on the left menu box. Click on the General Questions drop down menu and select your Sponsor Name or TL session and Ask some leading questions. This is where you reply to questions as well.

3) In the moble app:
a) Chat: Chat is available from the mobile app and web browser for you to write messages and reply to questions.

b) Q&A: click on the Q&A AND POLLS icon. Follow same guidance as web app above.

4) Engage in the Community
Post a hello on the Connect Wall inside the Community portion of the app (different than the Summit area) and connect with audience members then have private conversations via the Network area of the Community and Chat feature. See the FULL USER GUIDE to learn how to do these activities and maximize your summit experience.

FIND YOUR SESSIONS ON THE AGENDA

Click on AGENDA in the Summit area of the web and mobile app. Your thought-leader session will be released on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and available for 48 hours from 12:00 AM UTC. Your sponsor demo (if provided) is available now through September 26.

FIND YOUR UNIQUE SPONSOR AND SPEAKER Q&A PAGE

Attendees can ask questions at any time, so make sure you check it out. Click on your session on the AGENDA or SPEAKER page in the Summit area of the app. You’ll see SESSION Q&A and ASK THE SPEAKER links. This is available until 9/30.

Ask the first question in your Q&A room by saying hi and welcoming questions.

We can add a Poll or Ideas collector to your unique speaker Q&A page. Just let us know!

Demo Video

 All attendees that register for the event, will provide their first name, last name, email address, title, role, City, Country, Company Size, and optionally, phone number and bio. 

Your Demo video will have a simple email capture from attendees that watch it.  This email capture will be crossed referenced with our database and we will provide  you with a link to a google sheet that updates in real time all the above listed information when attendees put in their email to watch your demo.  Your representative will have access to this google sheet from now until the end of the month.

Reoccuring social media promotions

Virtual Booth

You’ll have a prominent profile and virtual booth inside the mobile app and website that allows attendees to learn more about your services. We can include almost all of the same content we include on a detailed sponsorship page (IMPACT Driver), as well as two call-to-action opt-in opportunities on your profile to request email follow-up or an external webpage. Logo, description, contact information, and more can be included. Includes direct chat, schedule meetings, request information, download files, watch your video, etc.

Sponsor Profiles

Prominent profile inside the mobile app and website version of the app that allows attendees to learn more about your services. Logo, description, contact information, multiple calls to action, and more can be included. Just send us any links you want to be added to your Sponsor profile. 

This is a great place to add multiple calls to action that link to your website and drive leads. Please be sure to send us an attributable link so we can track how many conversions you get. 

Attribution can either be with a special link that has our info in it or a link to a special page that is only for summit attendees. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ON THE SOCIAL WALL

We’ll post thank yous on the Connect Wall inside the Community component of the mobile app for all to see as we celebrate your involvement in the PMO IMPACT Summit.

Please note that the only place we don’t actively promote is inside the mobile app Community on the Connect wall. We promised to keep that Connect Wall promotion free so it remains a safe place to ask questions and get support. 

We encourage you to ask and answer questions on the Connect Wall and connect with anyone in the mobile app community under Network. From there, you can certainly continue conversations over chat. 

Action Taking Resource

The action taking resource will accompany all sessions in the mobile app and web app, to allow attendees to put into action what they just learned from each of the 100 sessions. 

You can brand and link the resource however you would like, as long as it provides action steps.

 

PMO Strategies Podcast

You receive several benefits related to the PMO Strategies Podcast sponsored episodes. 

  1. Laura will read a customized message with a call to action at the beginning and at the end of your four (4) sponsored episodes. 
  2. Logo and text placed on the PMO Strategies episode page with links to a call to action of your choice
  3. Logo and text placed on the PMO Strategies podcast session in the mobile and web app 

Thought Leader Interview

Your organization’s thought leader of choice will be interviewed by Laura and this recording will be used as a VIDEO presentation to be shown during the  PMO IMPACT Summit 

In addition, the recording will be used as an AUDIO session for the PMO Strategies Podcast. 

These two means of the presentation will ensure maximum exposure to spread your thought leaders’ message.  The Action Taking resource will be highlighted here for greater exposure. 

Branding

Your logo will be placed on the PMO IMPACT Summit registration page and you will have a resource page where your company and product information will be presented. 

Dedicated Thank you Email

You will receive a dedicated email to the PMO Strategies email list that highlights you as a highly valued sponsor, prominently displays your logo, text, and provides a link to your lead generating demo video.

Social Media Posts

You will be thanked for helping us to present the PMO IMPACT Summit as a highly valued sponsor. Your logo, product information text, and your demo link will be promoted to Laura’s vast social audience. 

 

Track Sponsorship

Your Logo and Demo video will be prominently placed on the Track sponsorship page on the website, mobile app and web app. 

Each session that is assigned to your track will have your logo displayed with a link to your call to action. 

Article / Blog Post

Present an article / blog post on a PMO related topic that can be branded, linked as you choose to drive traffic. 

Mobile App

The mobile app platform allows for a great degree of opportunities for attendees to connect and learn about your company. 

1- Request Follow Up quick link button – located on top of your sponsorship page.  This allows for attendees to seamlessly click and schedule a meeting with you through your link of choice. 

2- Schedule Meeting – located on top of your sponsorship page.  This allows attendees to quickly send an email to the point of contact of your choice. 

3- Several opportunities for calls to action, video clips, copy, and graphics to get your message across to attendees. 

4- Attachments – We will attach your article covering a PMO topic of your choice as well as other documents you wish to attach. 

5- External Links – You can provide links to for attendees to learn more about you. 

Session Q&A

You will be able to actively engage with the audience for the duration of the event through the Q&A widget.  There will be a dedicated space for you to answer questions for your thought leader session and your demo session.

Connect in the Community

You can engage with attendees in the community that continues to grow every day!  Just as them as a connection and you can chat and seamlessly set up follow-on meetings. 

We just ask that you don’t promote in the community, but you can certainly engage with Q&A, offer guidance, and generate solid 

leads.
