    Ojiugo Ajunwa MBA, PMP is a Co-Founder at Ritetrac Consulting Nigeria Ltd. Her goal is to create Leverage for increased efficiencies with her services as a Management Consultant.

    She is a qualified, highly experienced professional Project Manager, trainer, speaker, coach, and author. A management consultant with over 19 years of experience in Project Management consulting, Facilitating, Training, Event management, speaking etc in various industries.

    Author of the book “Lessons Learned Managing Projects in Nigeria” Co-author “A Day in the life of a Project Manager” alongside other 50+ Project Managers across the world.

    Managed several conferences & seminars such as the 1st Nigerian Construction Risk Management Conference in 2011 and 1st Nigerian Lean Six Sigma Conference in 2015. Facilitating over 500+ Training Sessions in over 15 different locations in Nigeria consistently for the past 11 years.

    She has personally assisted over 400+ Clients to prepare for the Project Management Professional Certification exams and more than 60% of them earn their certification from P.M.I USA.

    For the Nigerian Government Program, the {OSSAP- MDG} I designed & co-authored the Conditional Grant Scheme to Local Governments a Training Manual{Guide to Project Management] for Focal Persons and Stakeholders.

    She was part of the team that facilitated the Project Management for Cancer Research in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa supported by the Dana Farber Cancer Institute USA and Human Virology Institute Nigeria.

    She is a highly sought International Speaker and has spoken at the First PMI Africa Conference September 2015 in Johannesburg South Africa and her local PMI Abuja Chapter Meeting.

    She is currently undergoing her P.H.D in project management at the Atlantic International University, Honolulu, Hawaii USA.
