Thank you for your interest in being a part of our movement to help PMO leaders make a big IMPACT with the PMO!

Before I started PMO Strategies 8 years ago, I spent 15 years “on the inside” building, running, and rescuing PMOs for companies. I have watched this industry evolve and now, more than ever, this industry needs PMO leaders to step into the role of IMPACT Driver to help organizations deliver results during chaos and well beyond. 

Our PMO IMPACT Summits help us make a much-needed shift with PMOs, both in the eyes of the PMO leader, as well as the executives hoping to leverage the PMO to drive IMPACT. 

 

Event Specifics:

Here’s what we know so far. There’s more to come as we evaluate options for live components and more speaker/audience interaction. 

  • The event will begin on September 20 and run for one week.
  • We are streamlining the process to make speaker participation easier.
  • We are making system improvements to boost audience engagement.
  • We are increasing advertisement opportunities for speakers for their time.
  • We will introduce some optional live sessions, such as live speaker Q&A panels and workshops.
  • We will have a small number of podcast interview spots that will air June – Sept.
  • We will pre-record the core content/sessions from April – June.
  • Advertising begins June 1 and runs through the week of September 20th.

This all means we will have a smaller and more focused list of speakers this year to ensure that each speaker gets more airtime with the audience AND we are still shooting for a huge audience…the 2020 summit hit 5000 attendees.
