How do I access my VIP Experience?

Here’s how you access your PMO IMPACT Summit VIP content over the next year.

Simply click VIP Access in the top menu on this website and login with the user name and password that you created when you purchased the VIP Experience.

You will be taken to your Course Dashboard or you an click that from the top menu to see each session.

You’ll find all of the videos, action-taking resources, and presentation files for the sessions.

Did you watch content during summit week?

If you watched sessions inside the live event and used your VIP email address to register your attendance in the session when you clicked PLAY, there’s no further action needed. Your PDU certificates for watched sessions were added on October 10.

How do I find the time for each session?

The general sessions are available for 24 hours each (and noted with [24 HOUR ACCESS] next to each title) from the time noted on the agenda. If a session is released on a Monday at 12:00 AM UTC, it will be available from that time UNTIL Tuesday 12:00 AM UTC.

With a truly global audience, we chose UTC timezone for easiest conversions world wide.

Let’s take an example, let’s say you are on the East Coast of the US. 12:00 AM UTC is actually 8:00 PM Eastern the day before. That means, the Monday sessions will release to you on Sunday evening at 8:00 PM Eastern. You’ll have from Sunday 8:00 PM Eastern UNTIL Monday 8:00 PM Eastern to watch all the content from that 24 hour window.

Then, those sessions go into the VIP Vault and the next 24 hour release of sessions becomes available.

Unless you’ve unsubscribed, you’ll get a daily notification of what’s available and we recommend you turn on notifications in the mobile app to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

How do I see sessions in my time zone?

When you are logged in, the schedule should automatically show you all sessions in your time zone as long as you’ve created your profile and indicated where you are located.

To be sure the sessions are showing in your time zone, please go to your profile by clicking on your image or the generic profile image in the lower left corner, then click Me, then click the Edit in the upper right corner. You’ll see a place to enter your location. When the location field is filled out, you will see all sessions in your time zone.

Note workshops are live events and are time dependent, but the regular 50+ sessions that are pre-recorded will be available for 24 hours straight from 12:00 a.m. UTC.

I'm having trouble with the mobile app.

If you have an error accessing the Summit event or the Community, please try the following steps:

1. Confirm you are using the email that previously you were registered with.
2. Close out of the app, wait a few seconds, then reopen it.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Delete the mobile app and re-download it.

Inside the Community or Event, you can also click the circular arrow in the upper right corner to refresh. This ensures you have the most current information.

How do I get a PDF / printable invoice?

If you purchased a workshop or the VIP Experience, you will find the invoice on the PMO Strategies website here and attached to the order confirmation email.

To access your invoice on your account, just login to your account and click on Orders on the left side then you can print the invoice from that page or view the order and download or print the invoice from the Order Detail page.

The login information will be the login information you provided when you completed your order. You can use the email address associated with your VIP/Workshop access as the user ID.

If you do not remember your password, click Lost your password? to reset it.

I registered for the VIP pass, but it’s not showing in my mobile app.

During the live event ONLY, when you sign up for VIP, you will get a special VIP welcome email that confirms receipt. You’ll have a tag applied to you in the mobile and web app indicating you are a VIP. Please allow 15-30 minutes for this to show up.

There are two ways to access summit content for VIPs.

You must follow these instructions.


If you want immediate access to PDU certificates for each watched course:
1) Head to https://PMOStrategies.com
2) Log in with your username and password used to purchase VIP access
3) Click My Courses to see each session and the bonuses
4) Enjoy your VIP Experience!
5) Pop back in on the live content to chat with speakers and attendees, play games for prizes, and check out a lot of other great resources.

You can still collect PDUs from the live event and engage with speakers in the mobile app or login. See below for that process.


You can attend the live free one-week event to chat with speakers, ask questions, access the videos and action-taking resources, etc.

To collect PDU certificates, you MUST use your VIP email address on the video player to register your attendance before you click PLAY. Your PDU certificates for watched sessions will be granted by October 10.

When you click to watch the next session, it may remember who you are and track your attendance at the next session, depending on your browser settings. If not, just enter your VIP email again and keep going!

With this option, your certificates will be available by October 10, but you get to enjoy the live experience with chat, speaker Q&A, Community, etc.

I can’t see the videos. How do I access them?

During the Summit live window September 20-24, there are 5 new release days.

On each new release day, Monday-Friday, you will receive an email with a link to access the videos.

Do I get a PDU/CEU certificate?

If you register for free access, you can self-report PDUs using the instructions here.

When you upgrade to the VIP Experience, you get a PDU certificate for each session you watch. All certificates indicate the PMI Talent Triangle category (Strategic and Business Management, Leadership, Technical Project Management).

You can upgrade to the VIP Experience by registering here to watch all of the videos you missed and catch any of the upcoming ones without having to wait for release days.

How do I logout?

On the website version, you can go to the far lower left corner and you’ll see either your image or a blank generic person image. Click that and click Log Out.

In the mobile app, click Me in the bottom right corner, then select the Gear Icon in the upper left corner to access your Settings. Click Log Out.

How do I access the mentioned resources?

All Action-Taking Resources (one per session) are available DURING THE 24 HOUR WINDOW the session is live. You can download the Action-Taking Resource for each session by scrolling down on the session and clicking Action-Taking Resource.

If there are other resources mentioned, there will be links on the page or if they are VIP Experience Resources, they will be available only with VIP access.

What is the price for the VIP Experience?

I purchased the VIP Experience. How do I access the videos?

On the first day of the Summit window (September 20), you’ll receive access to all of the videos, action-taking resources and bonus resources.

Help! I cannot access the content.

I don‘t see a video on the session pages.
